These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the conduct of the contest titled "Clarity in Every Journey" organized, conducted and brought to you by OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited ("Organizer" or "OPPO")
1. Participation in this contest is voluntary, and is open for individuals who are citizens of India of the age 18 or above who are OPPO Smartphone users but excludes employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the above.
2. By participating in this contest, the participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as specified herein.
3. This Contest will commence from 18th November, 2025 till 21 December 2025. Winners of this contest shall be announced tentatively on January 7, 2026 across OPPO India's Instagram handle, OPPO Community India's page and My OPPO App. Participants must note that the winner's announcement date and time is tentative and may be subject to change.
4. This contest is based on different themes. Each participant must select one of the following themes for their submission:
i. Travel Portrait–Capturing people and emotions that define the essence of travel.
ii. Travel Landscape–Showcasing the beauty of places, nature, and scenery from your journey.
iii. Travel Culture–Highlighting traditions, lifestyles, and moments that express the cultural richness of your travels.
5. To participate, the following terms shall be followed to be eligible for the Contest:
i. Participants can submit multiple entries, but only their best photo will be considered for the prize.
ii. Each Participate can win only one prize from the prize list.
iii. All entries submitted must be original works created solely by the participant and shall not, in whole or in part, be generated, enhanced, or manipulated using any form of artificial intelligence or automated content-generation tools and shall include EXIF data.
iv. Any copied or plagiarized content will result in disqualification.
6. Pparticipants must upload their photographs through the official OPPO Clarity in Every Journey contest page by tapping the "Submit" button. Each submission must include:
i. A title of at least 15 words representing the essence or symbolism of the photograph.
ii. A caption between 60–150 words describing the story, idea, or emotion behind the image; and
iii. Only images in JPG, JPEG, PNG, DNG, HEIC, or HEIF formats will be accepted. Submitted images must have a minimum width of 1000 pixels and a file size between 1MB and 20MB.
iv. Only in-phone editing tools may be used to enhance submitted photographs. Participants must ensure that the EXIF data remains intact and unaltered, verifying that the image was captured and edited using a mobile device. Any entry found to violate these specifications may be disqualified at OPPO's sole discretion.
v. After submitting your work, post it on any of your social media platforms with the following hashtags: #OPPOFindX9Series, #AIFlagshipCamera, #HasselbladPocketCamera. This social media post will serve as one of the credentials for claiming your prize.
7. After a fair evaluation of the submissions by the Eligible participants, the auditors of the Organizers will select the top 10 winners based on creativity, storytelling and clarity of capture. These winners will be chosen by OPPO India through a fair and proper evaluation process. The decision of OPPO India will be final and binding. The winners will be announced on Instagram, OPPO Community India page and My OPPO App and will receive.

8. Entries will be evaluated based on their overall relevance to the contest theme "Clarity in Every Travel Moment," capturing the spirit of exploration and discovery, as well as on the photograph's visual quality, creativity, and composition, together with the emotional storytelling and originality of perspective demonstrated through the accompanying caption or narrative. The judging panel's decisions shall be final and binding in all respects.
9. Entries received after the dates of the contest and in the format not prescribed by OPPO or with incorrect information shall not be entertained and shall stand disqualified from the Contest.
10. Organizer assumes no liability or responsibility for (i) Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies of content or submissions, (ii) Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information that may be contained therein. (iii)Any deletion of data or interruption or discontinuance of transmission to or from or through the Promotion.
11. The winners will be contacted by the representatives of the Organizer through Direct Message on their WhatsApp Number which was used for participation in the contest only via Company official ID OPPO Personal Shopper, to collect the documents like proof of ID, Pan Card and any other details as may be required to process the Reward in favor of the Winners. Winning the Rewards shall be subject to the verification of documents by the Auditor of the Organizer.
12. Each participant must be careful in providing their information. In case the participant provides inaccurate and false information, the entire Reward would be forfeited or will be passed on to another participant without any further communication with the claimant. The Organizers shall have the sole discretion in this regard.
13. Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants (including a participant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or, who tampers with the entry process.
14. In the event that a winner is disqualified due to any governmental restrictions, regulations, policies, or other legal constraints, the winner shall have no recourse or claim against the Organizer. Such disqualification shall be deemed as the winner having fully availed themselves of the Reward, and the Organizer shall bear no further liability or obligation in relation to the Reward.
15. Decisions of Organizer's and Auditors will be final and binding with regard to contest and Rewards. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
16. Data Privacy:
a. By participating in this Contest the participant hereby unequivocally and irrevocably grant the Organizer its free consent and the right to collect, store, process, use, share, transfer, publish the personal data (including images, videos, documents, etc.) provided by the participant on any medium and mode and in the manner as may be desired by the Organizer in accordance with the data privacy notice of OPPO available at https://www.oppo.com/in/privacy/.
b. All the personal information, images and documents collected by the Organizers from the Participants shall also be used by the Organizers for purposes with regard to this Contest including but not limited to conducting verification (including third party verification), etc. and all such documents and information collected shall become the property of the Organizer. The Participants hereby agree that they are providing their personal information and documents to the Organizers out of their own will, and they shall have no claims against the Organizers or anyone associated with the Organizer for using their personal information, images and documents for any purpose connected with the Contest or in the manner prescribed under OPPO' data privacy policy mentioned herein above. Further, the Participants absolve the Organizer, and anyone associated with the Organizer in case any personal information and documents of the Participants are misused by any third party whose actions cannot be effectively controlled by the Organizers.
c. The Participants agree and accept that they can deny, refuse, or withdraw their consent from sharing any data provided by them, by contacting the Organizer in writing in which case the Participants forfeits its right to participate in the Contest including any winnings and the Organizers, too, reserve the right of disqualifying the Participants/Winners.
d. The Participants hereby, unequivocally, and irrevocably accept all the Data Privacy clauses/terms as explicitly mentioned https://www.oppo.com/in/privacy/.
17. Eligible entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt of the entry into the Organizers database, and not at the time of transmission by the participants. The database maintained by the Organizer shall be considered final and shall not be challenged by Participants at any point of time.
18. Notification of the Winner status must be kept confidential by the Participants who have won, as they may be contacted/ intimated by the Organizers. The Confidentiality of winning in the Contest shall be maintained by the Participants until the Winners are publicly revealed by the Organizer otherwise OPPO, at its discretion, reserves the right to disqualify the Participants and the Participants reward shall be forfeited and the same shall be final and binding and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
19. Rewards are non-transferable. No cash or any other claim can be made in lieu of Rewards.
20. Any costs or expenses incurred by the participate for the contest and/or to claim the Reward (if any), as applicable shall be solely borne by the Winner. Organizer shall not be liable for any such costs or expenses.
21. Organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the Contest at its sole and absolute discretion without giving prior notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to check the Terms from time to time.
22. The organizer shall undertake compliances under the provisions of Income-tax Act, 1961 read with rules and guidelines (IT Act') including but not limited to deductions of tax at source (‘TDS') or any other withholdings and/ or deductibles as may be prescribed. The organizer and winners further agree to execute / share other declarations, forms, documents as required under the applicable IT Act provisions.
23. This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, lock down, pandemic, government orders political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer (the "Force Majeure Event"). The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect which may be caused to this Contest and its Participants as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
24. Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this Contest.
25. All disputes relating to this Contest shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Gurugram (Haryana) only.
26. Participants shall comply with these terms and conditions and waives any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless Organizer and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and its respective agents, auditors, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from this promotion.
27. Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OPPO India and its organizers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in the Contest. This includes, but is not limited to, any breach of Instagram guidelines, the submission of obscene content, or any other violation of applicable laws and regulations. OPPO India and its organizers shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may result from participation in the contest or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any reward awarded.
28. Participants agree that the pictures/videos provided for use in the contest is the property of OPPO India. Participants must not use the same to create, share, or distribute any content that is inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise misaligned with the objectives and guidelines of the OPPO Contest. Any misuse of the same, including but not limited to the creation of unauthorized or inappropriate content, is strictly prohibited and shall result in disqualification from the contest and further legal action as deemed necessary by OPPO India.
